Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers at the sales counter with their plumbing needs
• Provide expert product knowledge and recommendations to customers, ensuring they have all the information necessary to make informed purchasing decisions
• Process sales orders accurately utilizing our web-based order entry system
• Collaborate with customers to understand their specific requirements and offer customized solutions
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through outstanding service and support
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and product returns professionally and promptly
• Maintain a clean and organized sales counter, ensuring products are displayed attractively

Requirements:

Technically, there are no educational or work experience requirements for this role. We're simply looking for people with tons of hustle and deep care for their work. However, we do prioritize the following:

• Previous experience in sales, preferably in a wholesale or retail environment
• Ability to multi-task; you'll often be asked to focus on multiple things at once.
• Strong communication skills - you're not scared to say what needs to be said
• Exceptional customer service skills, going above and beyond to exceed customer expectations
• Proficient in using computer systems - you'll be expected to be able to type quickly
